Sharing this very late. I had purchased 2 intercoms on 30th and 31st May of which order on 31st May was a very last minute order at around 630-7PM and I told them the purchase is very important for my ride that starts the next day early morning and I was super impressed with the coordination and sincerity showed by them to ensure that I receive the product that night itself (this order from placing the order to delivery was entirely done via calls and messages, that makes it more impressive). On the other hand one of the product didn't live up to its durability standards and team was kind enough to get me a replacement when I came back from the ride. Really impressed with the level of customer service 👏🏻👏🏻.
