HOW TO MEASURE GLOVE SIZE?
STEP 1
Measure your hand using a tailor’s tape measure There are two key measurements that you need to take into consideration for figuring out your glove size.
A) Circumference – Wrap the tape measure around your palm at its widest point and lightly close your hand before taking the measurement.
B) Length – Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of your palm at your wrist.
STEP 2
Find your glove size by checking hand measurements against the chart provided
– If both the measurements do not fall in one particular size – use the larger of the two measures to choose the glove size.
– If the two measurements are on the border line between two sizes, try both the sizes and choose the one that offers a better fit.
HOW TO CHECK GLOVE FITMENT?
STEP 1
Confirm that the gloves are a comfortable fit. They should not be excessively tight on all fingers (including the thumb) & knuckles. To check this, try the gloves on and form a fist several times and verify if:
1. Adequate room for all fingers (specially thumb) to move and operate controls comfortably.
2. Check the fitment on both hands since your left and right hand sizes do vary. Ensure that the fit on first try is not so tight as to cause discomfort and/or restrict movement
STEP 2
Ensure the knuckle protectors are properly positioned.
The way to check this is:
1. Roll your hand into a tight fist and hold the position for 5-10 minutes. This position should be easy to hold without causing any discomfort or causing any stress points.
2. Ensure that the edge of the knuckle protector is not over the knuckle when the fist is formed.

Material :
Made using a breathable 4-way stretch textile on the back and perforated Kaitai microfiber suede on the palm, the Roost v2 is built for maximum flexibility and control. SuperFabric panels with EVA foam reinforce high-risk zones, while silicone prints on key fingers improve grip. The touchscreen tips on both index fingers let you access your phone without taking the gloves off.
Protection :
These gloves are made to handle the unpredictable nature of off-road rides. You get CE Level 2-rated Sas-Tec knuckle armour, abrasion-resistant SuperFabric at the scaphoid, and EVA padding layered for impact protection. An extra panel along the pinky side helps reduce injury during slides, while reinforced fingers keep you covered on rough terrain.
Comfort and Fit :
The Roost v2 is all about easy movement and day-long wearability. Pre-curved fingers follow your hand’s natural position, while the stretch fabric flexes with every gear shift or brake pull. Finger overlays eliminate seam pressure, and a pull tab at the cuff helps you slide them on with no fuss – even after a long trail ride.

Cleaning Your Gloves
What you’ll need:
Microfiber/ soft cloth, Small bowl or mixing cup, Absorbent towels, Soft-bristled brush, Diluted cleaning solution, Lukewarm water
How to clean & dry gloves?
1. Clean the gloves as soon as you are able to, after your off-road session. This will make removing any stains easier. Leaving the gloves un-clean will make removing any stains tougher.
2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix a portion of diluted cleaning solution in lukewarm water.
3. Dampen a microfiber cloth with the mixture and gently wipe the stained areas. If there are stains which you are unable to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using a stiffer brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.
4. Clean the gloves starting at the wrist and working toward each fingertip. Be sure to clean well between each finger. Keep moving to a clean area of the cloth as the dirt is transferred.
5. Rinse the cloth often as the dirt is transferred. Turn the gloves over and repeat on the other side.
6. DO NOT USE HOT WATER
7. Do not use detergents, fabric stain removers, bleach or any chemicals for cleaning.
8. Do not wash the gloves in a washing machine.
9. Dip dry the gloves after cleaning in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
10. Do not wring the gloves.
How to store?
When gloves are stored wet or in a non-ventilated area, this may cause deformations and ruin your gloves, not to mention this allows mildew to grow causing discoloration and damage.
1. Make sure that your gloves are completely dry before you store them.
2. Place them in a breathable cotton bag to protect them from dust but with enough air circulation to prevent mildew from forming.
3. Store them in a cool, dry, well ventilated area
Things to remember :
- The Roost v2 gloves are specifically designed for off-road use and will not provide the same level of protection as our street gloves.
- Off-road riding demands more from gloves due to constant control modulation. While we have enhanced durability, these gloves may wear out faster than traditional leather gloves, depending on use. Made from textile material and Kaitai microfiber, they offer superior grip, feedback, and comfort but are more susceptible to wear and tear. This wear is dependent on individual use and is not covered under the warranty policy.
- Off-road usage can make the gloves dirty, so we recommend cleaning them after each session if cleanliness is a concern.
- Fit and comfort are subjective and vary from person to person, so we suggest trying the gloves before purchasing.
- Additionally, avoid contact between the hard Velcro and the glove fabric which can cause fraying – this does not affect the performance.
- The normal dispatch time is within 1 working days but we will assure that product is dispatched as soon as possible from the warehouse.
- Since the products are shipped from different warehouse locations you may receive the product in separate packages.
- Tracking details of each shipment will be sent across via email.
- Delivery time will differ based on your given address. An estimated delivery time is usually between 2-10 working days. Delivery time will be shown in the tracking details.
- We ship the products using the best courier companies but there might be a delay from the courier partner which is not under our control. Order cancellations will not be accepted due to this delay.
- We do a quality check of the product and packaging before the dispatch. In case you find the package is tampered, please do not accept the parcel. Kindly inform us immediately about such a case and keep the phone no. of the delivery person handy.
- Please make sure you record a video while unboxing the parcel. This will be necessary to report transit damage or missing/faulty product.
Return Policy
Refund request needs to be raised via email to [email protected] within 24 hours after products are delivered.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED IF:Â
- Product is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery with all tags intact.
(Even if the product is used for a few minutes or 1-2 Km over a ride or short spin on your motorcycle, the product will be considered used.) - There is no sign of installation on/of the product.
- Product is returned in original packaging with no damages, grease or stains on the products as well as the original packaging
Exemptions
- We have a strict no returns and exchange policy for Base Layers / Balaclava. Once purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality of our base layer products.
- Pre-owned products are Non-Returnable.
- Lubricants, unless its damaged-on arrival, are not subject to refund.
Return Shipping
- Product has to be shipped by the customer within 48 hours of raising a return request
- Make sure product is packed safely and a reputed courier company is used to ship the parcel
- Incase of a transit damage in return shipping, product will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances. The same will be shipped back to you at an additional cost.
- If for some reason you are not able to ship the product back to us, we can raise the return shipping for you provided our shipping partners service your area. The price for the same will be informed to you while raising this request as it depends on the size of the product.
- Even in case of Gear N Ride booking the return shipping the packing of the product has to be done safely by the customer and a transit damaged product will not accepted as a return. The same will be shipped back to you at an additional cost.

- Incase the product returns back after refusal of customer then customer has to pay for return shipping to ship the product back
SHIPPING CHARGES & OTHER FEE:
- The shipping charges (at actuals), the transaction charges (2.5%) and any Processing fee (5%) will be deducted from your refund as these are non-refundable charges.
- If the return claim is rejected, we will send the product back to the customer. Customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Sizing information is provided by the manufacturer and does not guarantee a perfect fit. In the event of exchange of product due to incorrect size, the product must be returned to us within 7 days from date of delivery, with proof of purchase and the product.The products have to be self-returned, refer Return Shipping for all details
Intimation of the exchange in size has to be informed within 24 hours from the product delivery time via an email on [email protected] only. If we opine, the reason to be genuine and the products are returned in a sale-able condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with the a different size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock. The shipping charges to and fro has to be borne by the customer.
