Fego Float acts like an air suspension and can reduce upto 46% harsh vibrations that come from Bad roads.
Fego float with its unique pressure distribution technology distributes pressure evenly amongst all cells. Due to which rider can ride twice as long without butt pain.
For riders who go for long distances fego float shall reduce butt pain and help them float comfortably.
The seat has a Rain Cover, a Seat cover made with top genuine Leather, high quality mesh and bottom anti skid material, two straps to tie it up to stock seat. The mesh used in the top of seat cover gives good ventilation underneath butt and helps riders fight sweat.
Works best for all cruisers(Harley Davidson, Avenger etc.,) touring bikes(Royal Enfield all models) and scooters. (Honda Activa, TV Jupiter, HeroMaestro, Yamaha Fascino, Vespa etc.,).

Shipping

The normal dispatch time is within 1 working days but we will assure that product is dispatched as soon as possible from the warehouse.
Since the products are shipped from different warehouse locations you may receive the product in separate packages.
Tracking details of each shipment will be sent across via email.
Delivery time will differ based on your given address. An estimated delivery time is usually between 2-10 working days. Delivery time will be shown in the tracking details.
We ship the products using the best courier companies but there might be a delay from the courier partner which is not under our control. Order cancellations will not be accepted due to this delay.
We do a quality check of the product and packaging before the dispatch. In case you find the package is tampered, please do not accept the parcel. Kindly inform us immediately about such a case and keep the phone no. of the delivery person handy.
Please make sure you record a video while unboxing the parcel. This will be necessary to report transit damage or missing/faulty product.

Returns & Exchange

Return Policy

Refund request needs to be raised via email to support@gearnride.in within 24 hours after products are delivered.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED IF:

Product is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery with all tags intact.
(Even if the product is used for a few minutes or 1-2 Km over a ride or short spin on your motorcycle, the product will be considered used.)
There is no sign of installation on/of the product.
Product is returned in original packaging with no damages, grease or stains on the products as well as the original packaging

Exemptions

We have a strict no returns and exchange policy for Base Layers / Balaclava. Once purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality of our base layer products.
Pre-owned products are Non-Returnable.
Lubricants, unless its damaged-on arrival, are not subject to refund.

Return Shipping

Product has to be shipped by the customer within 48 hours of raising a return request
Make sure product is packed safely and a reputed courier company is used to ship the parcel
Incase of a transit damage in return shipping, product will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances. The same will be shipped back to you at an additional cost.
If for some reason you are not able to ship the product back to us, we can raise the return shipping for you provided our shipping partners service your area. The price for the same will be informed to you while raising this request as it depends on the size of the product.
Even in case of Gear N Ride booking the return shipping the packing of the product has to be done safely by the customer and a transit damaged product will not accepted as a return. The same will be shipped back to you at an additional cost.

Incase the product returns back after refusal of customer then customer has to pay for return shipping to ship the product back

SHIPPING CHARGES & OTHER FEE:

The shipping charges (at actuals), the transaction charges (2.5%) and any Processing fee (5%) will be deducted from your refund as these are non-refundable charges.
If the return claim is rejected, we will send the product back to the customer. Customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

Sizing information is provided by the manufacturer and does not guarantee a perfect fit. In the event of exchange of product due to incorrect size, the product must be returned to us within 7 days from date of delivery, with proof of purchase and the product.The products have to be self-returned, refer Return Shipping for all details

Intimation of the exchange in size has to be informed within 24 hours from the product delivery time via an email on contact@gearnride.in only. If we opine, the reason to be genuine and the products are returned in a sale-able condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with the a different size in the same product, provided the size required by the customer is available in stock. The shipping charges to and fro has to be borne by the customer.

FAQs

1. How to Install cushion to the seat?

Remove the rain cover and Unlock the buckle and detach the harness straps from the anchoring points/slots on any of the same two sides of the seat.
Detach the seat from the motorcycle.
Place cushion on your motorcycle seat, with the air cells facing upwards.
After placing the cushion on your motorcycle seat, -Loosen the harness straps as per the requirement of your bike.
Pull both the straps from under the seat to the opposite side and insert the harness strap buckle into the slot/anchoring points provided and lock it.
Attach the seat on to the motorcycle.

2. How to inflate FEGO Float :

Turn cushion valve anti clock wise.
Inflate the cushion by mouth until the cushion is filled with desired amount(30-70% or ¼ inch to ½ inch) of air.
Turn the valve clock wise to close.
Ideal inflation is about 30-70% or ¼ inch to ½ inch of the seat.
No tools necessary !

3. How Do I know how much air to put in the cushion

There is no specific measurement. Air needs to travel from one pocket to other pocket to distribute your weight and pressure uniformly. Hence, we recommend inflating the cushion half way & letting air out from there. You should not feel the hard points of the seat itself, but you also should not feel as though you are sitting on a bubble and feeling unstable. Remember, Less air more comfort!. Takes up to 2-3 days to adjust to the new seat cushion.

4. How much height does the seat add to the seat.

Ideally 1/4inch to ½ inch

5. Does this fit my bike ?

FEGO FLOAT is universal in design. It Fits to almost all the bikes available in the market. The product design is made in such a way that it takes the human shape and covers the maximum area of your butt. ( To keep rider more comfortable)

6. What if FEGO FLOAT doesn’t fill up/deflate/get punctured?

Check to ensure that the Air nozzle is open and blowing properly.
If air is entering the airbag and air bag still does not fill up, check to ensure that there is hole in the air bag.
This can be checked by immersing the airbag in the water and seeing if air bubbles are exiting the bag from any point. If so holes can be repaired by covering with the specialized adhesive stickers given in the package.
Check to ensure that the air nozzle is closed properly.

7. How to repair FEGO FLOAT Air bag if it gets punctured?

We provide you with peel and stick patch sticker to seal a puncture in case of an damage.
Thoroughly clean damaged surface and allow to dry for a minimum of 10 minutes
Remove vinyl patch from paper backing
Press patch firmly over hole or puncture
Do not inflate for 20 minutes.

8.Will the cushion get Hot?

Our cushions are specifically designed to prevent heat or moisture build-up. The outer cover is a light weight, breathable Air mesh that is slightly perforated to allow air to flow through. Air also moves between the interconnected air cells in the bladder to keep you cool.

9. What is the weight bearing capacity of the FEGO FLOAT?

120 – 130 kg

10. Caution

Air Temperature and weather do affect the air pressure in inflatable products. In Cold, Weather your Float Air bag will lose some pressure do to the fact that the air will contract. If this occurs, you may want to add a little air to improve Float Airbag’s Performance. However in Hot whether, the air will expand. You must let some air out to prevent Float air bag from failing due to over pressure. You should avoid over exposing your airbed to extreme temperatures ( hot or cold). It takes two-three days to adjust to the new seating
